Update on what I think of this restaurant, and I'm not speaking of the chain but just this one location. This has to be the most poorly run restaurant in the state. My last three carryouts have all been wrong in one way or another, and I've only ordered two or three things each time. The last two ordered that were wrong my receipt showed what I had ordered and the wings were the wrong ones. It's not that hard. My final straw was last Sunday, week 17 for the Lions game. I get it it's busy, it's going to be a bit of a wait for a carryout. I order over the phone and am told 30-40 minutes. That's fine. I understand, it's busy, not a problem. I arrived 35 minutes after placing my order and didn't receive it for another 45 minutes. That's 1 hour 20 minutes total. Almost every carryout had a mistake, including mine. Done..... This place is a joke, the management sucks and their employees are clueless. While I was waiting, at one point there were 9 employees in the front carryout area. What in the hell are 9 employees doing up there when there are people waiting to be seated, food to run, drinks to fill? (4 of them were waitresses, 3 carryout people, one hostess and one manager).

Everything about this place says, "Meh" ... the food/wings, the staff, the service, the annoying door greeters, the parking, the clientele, the ambience ... I did have such high hopes for this location when it first opened, - sigh.

Sadly, not going back. Went here three times and each time was worse than the last. Our last visit was around midnight. We were seated next to a group of unruly minors who ended up causing a fight that we got caught in the middle of. Even had chicken wings thrown at us! I contacted the district manager about the incident because we were so floored that the situation was allowed to escalate to that level. He professionally apologized, promised to send me gift certificates to make up for our experience. Never sent. That was 4 weeks ago. They need to get their hood rat clientele under control or locals are going to stop eating here.

Visited the Buffalo Wild Wings on Sunday at around 5:00 pm, place was empty. We had a party of seven, two adults and 5 kids; hostess asked us if we wanted the patio or high-tops tables (who in their right mind would suggest high-tops tables to kids under the age of 6). We asked to stay in the dining room and they said they needed to put some tables together, after watching them finish that the hostess never seated us, one of the servers finally took us to the table. The food is always good as usually, but the runners brought all the kids food at once and didn't bring the adults food for 10 minutes, mind you the kids are done eating by then. The server Kristin was very polite and on the ball, unfortunately none of the other staff was. The manager walked past our table at least a dozen times and never asked how we were doing, he needs training or replacing. I would not recommend this particular Buffalo Wild Wings due to the staffing problems, maybe just for carry out.

Out of the 5 or 6 bdubs I've been to this had the worst service and food... I live a mile from there and wanted it to be my new fav but the one in Mt. Clemens is way better... Just poor service, waited at the booth for 15 min before I had to flag down the manager to get us water and take our order. Then a family of 4 who say down 10 min after us got there food 10 min before us. Wings were covered in sauce and I tried the Thai curry which was so salty I couldn't even eat the wings. Maybe they will get the hang of it down the road but for now I will go to a different one and spend $60 on wings that come in a cardboard tray.... And just a tip for the waitstaff, people are most likely eating wings at your restaurant so extra napkins is a no-brainer

If you like listen to blaring teen pop music that makes you wanna stab your eardrums out, this is the place for you! The server clearly gave no fucks, dropped off half sauced wings, didn't ask if we needed anything else, and then disappeared for the entire meal. When it was time to pay, we asked for change and he said "so....??"... So bring the change, and then we leave you a tip! We ended up leaving him 30-40% anyway bc the whole exchange was so awkward. The place was pretty much empty, but here was trash all over the floor, booths were tilted on the side ( with garbage and food on the floor under them). pretty gross, loud, and disappointing. Oh, the door guy/greeter was super nice and accommodating though.

Hate to ding ya because I frickin love bdubs. Hopefully if you make this right, I will revise this ranking. On opening night I ordered $30 of food for carryout. My wife went up to the store to pick up the food, and it wasnt ready yet. She waited and asked and waited and asked.... Eventually her food was found on a shelf. She was told it was still hot, it wasnt even warm when she got to our home less than a mile away from the store. I called to let them know, and a manager took my address down and said he would send me a gift card for my trouble. Still havent seen anything in the mail.

Overated BIG TIME. Lots of TVs, nice waitress, unremarkable food. Wings were a bit overcooked, not meaty at all and tough. Hamburger had a frozen small patty, very dry. Maybe if you were starving, had no other options and drank a few (or more) beers first, the food may seem "ok". Don't go out of your way.

Officially never coming here again. Food was pretty standard for a BWW with the exception of the hair that was in my pita. WTF! Service was HORRIBLE. It was slow but I think our waitress was new, however, as we were observing, the idiot behind the bar wasn't even helping her out because it took forever to get our drinks and part of the order was wrong. So my bro just went up to the bar and asked for a bottle beer. Not that hard, right? The so-called bartender proceeded to be an even bigger jerk to my brother and gave him a hard time about it and mumbled to the couple sitting at the bar "sorry for the stupid jerk" referring to my brother. REALLY ERIC?! (Had to get his name) I hope you're reading this and I hope the manager really did talk to you because if that's how you treat customers I hope you never get a tip again. I'd like to keep my Elite status so I'll just leave it at that. BUH BYE BWW in SCS.

I really want to give a better rating for this location except every time we dine in the wait for our food is beyond acceptable. They even removed the timers on tables probably because they were giving away so much free food. I like the local school support and I like the open seating. The parking lot is terrible. Guys, get the food out of the kitchen faster. That's all. Food is what you expect from bdubs, over priced and okay

Went for the lunch special. Got two slammers with cheese, buffalo chips and a drink for $ 7.99. Service was great we got our food in five minutes. Food was very fresh and tasty. Will definitely be back in the future.

Wings, sports, beer! I mean it's pretty much all you need right? I'm very happy I don't have to drive far to inhale 12 Thai curry wings. This new st Clair shores location is pretty much a cookie cutter of every other BWW. I have been to several local spots and I'm happy to report the service in SCS is really great! My husband and I have never been let down by the quality of service. So if any of you lovely folks want to have a Yelper vs food wing challenge let me know hehe!

I will never come back to this location again. The last and final time I was here, I ordered boneless wings and they came with almost no sauce, so I kindly asked for just a little more sauce. A few minutes later my waitress came out with my plate, but you couldn't see the wings they put so much sauce on it. The waitress apologized and said she feels so bad because the kids in the kitchen acted immature and played a joke by putting a full bottle of sauce on my wings. When I asked to speak to the manager, it took almost 45 minutes for him to come to my table, and the waitress stopped by 3 times in that 45 minutes asking if her manager has stopped by yet. I really am shocked that a restaurant actually does treat their customers so awful. Never go to this buffalo wild wings.

There is zero fresh about this place. This is corporate over priced frozen food. No thanks. Not to mention it looks horrible eating that whole corner. I never understood why people like it here. The food is so bad and zero healthy. Come on really people

Busy, busy, busy. Super friendly staff but here it is the third week it's been open and it's still packed to the gills. If your a party of 2-4 and don't mind sitting at the bar instead of waiting for a table there's 2 of them to choose from and are sparsely occupied. The giant patio is great, to bad it was not in time for the weather this year but can't wait for next spring to enjoy the outdoors, I could only imagine this place next year for the Harper charity cruze, can't wait. Keep it up BW3's and I'll keep eating your delicious wings and drinking your cold beer.

We ordered The Sampler and Chicken Tenders with chips and salsa. As usual, the meal was delicious. However, the service we received tonight from Alexis was outstanding. She is by far the best server we have ever had here. She is cheerful and friendly, prompt and efficient. Worst place ever . My car had to go into the shop , and I didn't have a ride so I went in to have lunch before I called an uber home . I had a coffee thermos with me . And was told they were not allowed any sort of cups or containers in their establishment . I asked if he could just dump the coffee out , because I had no car or place to put it in , and was told no . So I then had to cancel my order and leave .

I love bww but this is by far the worst one I have ever been to. Terrible service, cold food, terrible management. There is not one good thing I can say about this place other than ours close to my house lol. Walked in and the hostess didn't even say a word to us. No need to go into more detail. Bottom line, drive an extra few minutes to go to a different location or simply stay home.

Let me just start off by saying that I created this account for the sole purpose of writing this one review, so this should tell you how strongly I feel about this place. I have gone to this specific Buffalo Wild Wings since the day they opened about a year and a half ago. Each and EVERY TIME there has been something or somethings that make my experience horrible. I'm not entirely convinced that I'm not on some hidden camera TV show because I just cannot believe how consistently bad each visit is, and how they get worse with time. My latest visit will ensure that I never eat at this horrible excuse for a Bdubs again. 3 friends and myself wanted to eat some Buffalo Wild Wings for boneless Thursdays, which is a pretty good deal. I usually avoid this particular one because of all the trouble I've had, but one of my friend's convinced me to try it one more time because it has improved, and is also closer than any other Buffalo Wild Wings. I should have listened to my heart and used the extra gas to avoid this dump. But for whatever reason, I gave it one last chance. We pulled into the horribly designed, cramped parking lot which looks like it was slapped together as an after-thought once they finished building the restaurant. After performing several impressive maneuvers, dodging other cars as they tried to escape this place's grasp, I felt as if my car was doing some elegant dance. I managed to squeeze into an empty parking space. Then came the real mistake: We went inside. The four of us were immediately stopped by a bouncer. Wait... what? Why? "I need to see ID's please." I realize that some Buffalo Wild Wings require you to be 21 to go inside after a certain time, but this one had never done that before. "I didn't think you had to be 21 or over at this place?" I asked. "No, we need to make sure you're over 18." Seriously?? The four of us most definitely looked over 18 (as we WERE) and could even easily pass as over 21. But whatever, we showed him ID's, except for one of my friends, who didn't have his with him. So the bouncer refused to let us in. Because he couldn't be sure that a 6 foot tall, bearded 21-year old was over 18. Apparently, their policy had "always been" not to let anyone under 18 inside after 9 pm. As if on cue, a couple of loud yelling kids, no older than 8, ran by. We went back and forth with him for a while, and were about to leave when he got his manager, who said it was alright, and we were seated at a table. Honestly, I shouldn't be too hard on the "bouncer", he was probably trying to hint that we should turn around and run from this place before things got worse. And they did. Our waitress took our drink orders and then disappeared for a while. We weren't sure if she forgot about us or not, but she eventually returned. As she was placing the last glass of ice water down on the table, she dropped it right on top of my friend's lap. I get that accidents happen, but maybe the bouncer set her up to it. Anyway, she cleaned it up the best she could and apologized, but now my friend was sitting in a soggy, cold puddle, not to mention it was only 10 degrees outside. "It can only get better from here!" I think I heard my other friend say. Hahaha. Our waitress took our orders and disappeared again. We sat patiently, as my one friend shifted uncomfortably in his soaked jeans. 15 minutes go by, and no sign of our waitress. Once again, we were wondering if she had forgotten about us when a guy finally brought out our food! He handed us 3 orders of food and asked if we needed anything else.... "Um, we're missing an order." One of my friend's sat there with nothing but a cup of ranch to eat. The guy looked over the check, and then our waitress returned and they discussed something briefly. "I'm sorry about that I'll put your order in right now." Great. The three of us who had our food felt guilty eating, but our starving, food-less friend said it was okay. So I dug in. I had ordered 18 boneless Honey BBQ wings. They were lightly sauced, as if a new ration on honey bbq had been issued by the government that day. They were also room-temperature. Mmmmm. Too hungry to care at this point, I continued eating, trying to go as slow as I could so that I wouldn't finish before my friend got his food. That didn't happen. About another 10 to 15 minutes later, as I was taking my last bite, my friend's food finally arrived. "At least they're fresh, right?" "Eh... they're decent." Not what someone should be saying after waiting over a half hour for their meal. After all the trouble we went through, you'd think they'd offer us a discount, or maybe some free desserts. Nope. Nothing but a "Have a good night!" I think they knew how ironic that was. We quickly got out of there, stomachs not even satisfied. Please, for the love of wings, do yourself a favor and drive the extra miles to go to ANY Buffalo Wild Wings other than this one. Unless you need to be cooled off by 32 ounces of ice water.

I started off writing a long review but then had to reset my password for Yelp. But, while resetting the password I realized that no one likes to read long negative reviews anyhow. So in short, this place is the worse BW3 I have ever been to. The carryout service is worse than a White Castle at 3am. The cliental has deteriorated since opening weekend. If you want to have food brought to you how you ordered it, do not go here. Service is terrible and it is not a safe place to frequent. Make sure you read the crime reports and see what happens in the parking lot on a regular basis. Sorry SCS, I was very excited awaiting the opening of this restaurant. A total of 4 complaints in only 6 orders is unacceptable. Stay away!

Very disappointed in the SCS BWW. rude hostesses , poor service, long wait for food at 10pm, cold food, watched other tables complAin about cold food, loud music coming from the kitchen, watched service staff horsing around in the back while their tables were waiting for their cold food too come out, no silverware. Oh! And then we got to run into the rude hostess again on our way out (yay!)! Neither the server nor the hostess said "goodnight", "have a good evening", " kiss my a**"...nothing. way to go SCS BWW, You have the uncanny ability to create a terrible experience from start to finish. Go to the 12 and Mound location, people. Hopefully the SCS location will shut down and take the riff raff with them.

It's just too crammed in my opinion. The parking lot, seating everything! Food was good! Just not my fav location is all The one thing I've never understood about seating in a restaurant is why everyone wants to sit you on the next guys lap when you have 50 other tables.. Okay I get it if you're busy.. I asked for a booth away from the party of 10 she just sat and I got a sigh and "I'll have to clean it" I said please. I had bothered her... The food takes a bit to come out.. The food was yummy but that was really it.

Absolutely terrible....when I stepped inside that dumpster on Harper it was like I was in the middle of a shootout in Baghdad....the service was far below average... Waited 1 hour for my carry out and It wasn't even close to being correct.... The management at this dumpster of a Buffalo Wild Wings need to be taken out back and put out of their misery.... Please if anyone reads this do not go to this place I repeat do not go to this place.

This is a new location. While it was busy on a Friday night, smaller parties were able to be seated quickly. We sat in the bar area, but had many tv's and sporting events to choose from. This is the reason most people come to Buffalo Wild Wings, so this is a plus. Food was great, and our server was good to correct the bill after finding we were not billed for happy hour specials. Glad to have this in Saint Clair Shores now!

Very inconsistent. Sometimes it is really good other times the wings are over/undercooked. Stick to beer due to the drinks being very weak and expensive. Also stick to wings because all the other food isn't that great. Sad to see that they are so corporate these days. Go before dark because the crowd gets pretty sketchy. There seems to be a lot of riff raff after 7 pm.

What can I say... It's a chain b dubs. The waiting staff is very polite but the host staff could use a smile every now and then. Great beer and good food.
